BEFORE YOU INSTALL
Yes. OrderWorth Free has no trial expiry and needs no account or Pro licence. It includes product-cost CSV imports, global expense settings, order and refund reviews, and reports for recent or historical dates. Pro is a separate paid add-on for method-specific expense rules, period comparisons and scheduled report packs. Compare Free and Pro features.
OrderWorth starts with order revenue after sales tax and refunds net of refunded tax. It subtracts recorded product costs and the payment, shipping, packaging and other supported expenses you supply, then adds back product costs you explicitly confirm as recovered. Advertising, salaries, rent, income tax and other overhead are excluded, so this is not your full business profit. See the profit formula and refund rules.
OrderWorth uses WooCommerce’s native cost of goods (COGS) and adds profit reports, payment and shipping expense assumptions, missing-cost checks and refund reviews. Current product-cost edits do not rewrite costs already recorded on orders. Free also includes product-cost CSV imports.
Free calculations stay in WordPress. Optional hostname sharing and newsletter signup contact OrderWorth only after you choose them; neither is needed to use Free. Pro license checks send your site URL and access credentials; historical-rate jobs send currency pairs and dates to Frankfurter. An optional WooPayments fee lookup sends the selected order’s saved payment-intent ID through your installed gateway to its payment service, only after you confirm the request. Reports remain in WordPress; optional report notices pass through your own mail service. See the plugin data disclosures.
No. OrderWorth requires PHP 7.4+, WordPress 6.7+ and WooCommerce 9.9+, with native cost of goods (COGS) enabled. See the tested versions and release scope. Both editions support simple products and variations. Pro normalizes eligible foreign orders with locked historical rates and confirmed cost currency; Free uses one store currency. Subscriptions, bundles and marketplace splits are outside scope. Verify your exact setup; third-party extensions are not all automatically detectable.
