Manual reports continue beyond 5,000 orders in bounded batches in both editions. Original scheduled summaries retain their 5,000-order safety limit. Pro also has a separate resumable background workflow for up to 100,000. These are resource limits, not hosting speed guarantees; incomplete collections do not publish final totals. Free and Pro date ranges can span up to 3,660 calendar days, including both endpoints. *Product and category reports use balanced allocations, including reviewed refunds. Unreviewed refunds, incomplete estimates and zero-revenue baskets remain excluded and counted. New product reports include original, returned and net units after line-level review; ambiguous refunds need individual review. Category assignments use current product categories. Fee assistance supports specific official Stripe, PayPal and WooPayments versions; actual shipping/fulfilment expenses require a reviewed CSV. Partial trend buckets are labelled. **Historical conversion requires a saved rate and confirmed cost currency. Missing information excludes the affected orders. Before choosing a plan
Does Pro replace Free?
No. For a fresh installation, install Free 1.9.7 first, then Pro 1.9.7. When updating an existing pair, replace Pro first, then Free without uninstalling. Keep both active: both editions use the same calculation engine, missing-cost checks and refund review.
Do larger plans add extra features?
No. Solo, Business and Agency share the same Pro features. Your plan includes update activation on 1, 5 or 25 WordPress URLs. Manage and release site slots in My purchase.
Can I buy Pro now?
Choose a plan to see current purchase availability. When checkout is open, approve the payment on Stripe and return for your Pro download and access key. Pending or unverified payments do not unlock Pro.
How many orders can I include?
Free and Pro manual reports can continue beyond 5,000 orders, within a one-hour session and a 128-MiB retained-data budget. Keep the page open while processing; use Resume after stopping. Pro Background reports continue after closing the page and support up to 100,000 orders per period. Comparisons check each period separately. Background processing expires after 24 hours and needs a working WordPress queue; hosting capacity still matters. Scheduled summaries remain limited to 5,000 orders per period.
What happens when my year ends?
Installed reporting features keep working. Renew manually when you want another 365 days of downloads, updates and written support. There is no automatic renewal.
Do I need a call?
No call is needed. Download Free, choose a Pro plan and use My purchase for downloads, site slots, renewals and written support.
