Current releases · Free 1.9.7 and Pro 1.9.7

Free includes recent and historical date reporting, accurate shared calculations, missing-cost and loss flags, manual cost and refund reviews, expense rules, and previewed product-cost imports with guarded undo.

Pro adds comparisons, profit-change explanations, product/category and returns analysis, advanced filters, complete report packs, scheduled alerts, background imports, supported actual-cost assistance, observed cost history and private completed-report sharing. Eligible foreign orders can use locked historical rates. See operation and limits.

Solo, Business and Agency include the same Pro features for 1, 5 or 25 site activations. Each purchase covers 365 days of updates, downloads and written support, with manual renewal. Installed reporting features keep working after expiry.

Install OrderWorth

1. Back up your store and try the release on staging.
2. Upload OrderWorth Free 1.9.7 in Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and activate it.
3. To use Pro, upload and activate OrderWorth Pro 1.9.7. Keep Free active.
4. Open WooCommerce → OrderWorth, review setup and run a report against known orders.

The plugin folders are orderworth and orderworth-pro. Keep one installed copy of each edition. Pro 1.9.7 requires Free 1.9.7 or newer.

OrderWorth is now the name throughout both editions, including the installer folders, plugin files, translations and update identity. The input safeguards and Free workflow improvements from 1.9.6 are retained. Install Free first, then Pro, and keep both editions at 1.9.7 or newer.

Free 1.9.6 · 28 September 2026

Product-cost imports check and clean every CSV field before saving a deferred preview or larger import. Malformed product identifiers, SKUs and costs are rejected while valid imports retain preview, confirmation and guarded undo.

Pro now checks supplier CSV headers and cells before retaining an upload, rejects text that would change during cleaning, and rechecks older saved uploads before looking up products. Supplier approvals, background processing and manual apply/undo require exact confirmation values. Valid Unicode identifiers, multiline supplier notes and saved mappings are preserved.

• Continuing a Free workflow hides the suggestion for the rest of the browser-tab session.
• At most one contextual suggestion appears per session across Free workflows. Persistent dismissal remains available.
• A clearer Free-versus-Pro table and shorter workflow cards make the separate add-on easier to compare.

Free rejects malformed refund-review confirmations and CSV options before making changes, and uses orderworth.com for product links. Pro 1.9.4 retains its existing workflows; its release number was aligned with the maintenance packages.

Maintenance in 1.9.1–1.9.3

Preserve saved financial adjustments, withhold affected estimates when required add-on processing is unavailable, and reject malformed identifiers, dates and confirmation flags. The maintenance packages preserve saved settings and reviews.

Existing settings, order reviews, native historical costs and older report formats are preserved. Gateway support and financial allocations have specific limits; review the documentation before relying on a new workflow.

• Free: grouped explanations for excluded orders and translation-ready interface/quickstart text, while preserving recent and historical dates.
• Pro background reports: saved progress between batches, private owner controls and up to 20,000 orders per period.
• Deeper estimates: weekly/monthly trends, current-category allocations and reviewed refunds in product reports, with original sold units and clear limitations.
• Summary recovery: visible progress, delayed/failed status and explicit owner controls that preserve email choices.
• Stripe fee review: copy a locally recorded fee from the supported official gateway into the review form, then save deliberately. No automatic payment or fee request.

Your saved settings, reviews, expense snapshots and Pro registration are retained. Run a fresh scan after updating. Missing costs and unsupported orders still require review.

• Payment fees and target-margin gaps use the saved percentage precision, including values such as 3.125%, with consistent minor-unit rounding.
• Pro captures expense and currency assumptions when an order becomes eligible for reporting, after its items are saved.
• Changing an order’s creation date invalidates an open review, so you must reopen it before saving against a changed historical currency date.
• Deactivating either edition clears queued summary and email work, including when a required plugin is unavailable.

Existing settings, reviews and expense snapshots are retained. Earlier snapshots are not automatically repaired: review affected orders and enter actual payment, shipping or packaging expenses where needed. Run a fresh scan after updating.

• Saving a cost review now requires permission to edit that specific order.
• Historical exchange-rate inversion and rounding correctly handle small rates and the supported money limits.
• Locking a purchase clears its visible private data immediately and cancels pending private downloads.
• Cookie-recovery requests time out cleanly and offer useful retry feedback.
• WordPress checkboxes keep their native size, and review dialogs fit narrow screens more reliably.

• 1.4.0–1.4.1: locked historical rates, background backfill and retries, manual rate recovery, normalized reports and exports, plus purchase and support-request recovery improvements.
• 1.3.3: exact product allocations for large amounts, local recovery of stale Pro registrations, and checkout reconciliation before another payment attempt.

Valid saved exchange rates are retained. Missing rates or unconfirmed cost currency exclude affected orders from profit totals. Historical conversion uses Frankfurter for rate lookups; it does not reconcile bank settlements or promise compatibility with every currency extension. The bright design, shared menus and compact footer continue across the site. Pricing now leads with the differences that matter when choosing Pro, with shared setup help further down. Free features, the 5,000-order limit, annual plan prices and manual renewal terms are unchanged.

That website update aligned Free downloads and protected Pro delivery with the matching 1.4.2 packages. The current releases are Free 1.9.7 and Pro 1.9.7; follow the upgrade steps above.

Supported scope

Both editions support simple products and variations. Manual reports in both editions continue beyond 5,000 orders within time and storage guards. Original scheduled summaries allow up to 5,000 orders per period; Pro Background reports allow up to 100,000, subject to storage and hosting limits. Both editions include recent and historical dates, with up to 3,660 inclusive calendar days per range. Product reports include reviewed refunds; unreviewed refunds, incomplete orders and zero-revenue baskets remain excluded. Allocations are estimates. New product reports show returned/net units only after the required line-level review; ambiguous returns still need individual attention. These estimates exclude overhead and advertising; they are not accounting statements.

Compatibility depends on your store and extensions. Try updates on staging and reconcile known orders with your own records before relying on results.
