What you are buying

OrderWorth Free is available at no charge. OrderWorth Pro is a separate add-on that requires Free and WooCommerce. Both editions use the same calculation engine and data-quality checks.

USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD prices are set independently and remain unchanged until a new price is published. The pricing page shows the current amounts for Pro Solo (1 site), Business (up to 5 sites), and Agency (up to 25 sites). No daily exchange-rate conversion is applied. Prices are fixed in the selected currency when checkout is created; renewals use the price offered at the time of renewal. All Pro plans include the same reporting features. Choose USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD on the pricing page. Region detection sets a display default and does not establish your billing or tax country. Your bank may apply its own fees if your payment account uses a different currency. The purchase total is shown before payment approval. Published USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD prices include applicable tax. Stripe Tax calculates the included tax from your billing location and the seller’s active tax registrations; it does not add tax above the accepted total. Supply accurate billing details.

One payment provides 365 days of Pro downloads, available updates and written product support. The term starts when payment is confirmed. Renewal adds 365 days from the existing expiry or the renewal payment date, whichever is later. Renewal uses the same plan and requires another payment that you approve. There is no automatic subscription or cancellation fee.

Delivery and site slots

This is downloadable software. There is no physical delivery, physical return or shipping charge. The Pro download becomes available after payment is verified as completed. If confirmation is delayed, use Check payment again on checkout; avoid creating a second purchase. Contact the seller if a completed payment remains inaccessible.

Save your private access key before paying. After Stripe confirms a completed payment, return to the checkout page to download Pro and save your receipt. My purchase provides downloads, license slots, payment history and written support. Pending payments do not create download access.

Each registered WordPress URL, including a staging URL, occupies one update slot. Release an old URL before registering a new one. Deactivating the plugin does not release its slot automatically.

Your installed reporting features continue after the term ends. Renewal is needed for further downloads, updates and included product support. Both plugins are distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later; the included software license governs the code. Commercial service terms do not remove those GPL rights.

Refund requests

Request a refund of the relevant purchase within 14 days of payment using written support in My purchase. Include the Stripe payment reference. The seller reviews the request and processes the refund through the original payment provider (Stripe for new purchases); submitting a support message does not itself move money.

Refunded, reversed or disputed payments suspend their associated download and update access. A partial refund can also suspend access while the seller reviews the purchase. Installed reporting features are not remotely disabled. This voluntary policy does not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

European consumer rights

If you buy as an EU/EEA consumer, applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in place, including withdrawal and remedies for non-conforming digital content or services. The 14-day statutory withdrawal period normally starts when the contract is concluded. This checkout does not ask you to waive that right; downloading alone is not treated as a waiver.

To withdraw, send a clear written statement through My purchase or the seller’s email below within the applicable period. You may use our optional withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory. No phone call or reason is required. A statutory withdrawal is not subject to the discretionary product-support policy. Where withdrawal applies, the seller must reimburse according to the applicable law, normally within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra fees.

Nothing here removes statutory remedies for defective digital content, including applicable correction, price-reduction or termination rights. Contact the seller in writing if something is wrong with your purchase. Mandatory consumer rights and access to the competent courts or consumer authorities in your country remain unaffected. The seller operates from Cyprus; these terms do not remove protections that the law of your habitual residence gives you.

Support and compatibility

Written product support covers installation, licensing, billing and reproducible problems within the documented scope. Replies appear in My purchase; automated email notifications are not provided. There is no phone or screen-sharing requirement, guaranteed product-support response time, custom development service or accounting reconciliation service. This does not change legal deadlines for privacy or consumer requests.

OrderWorth estimates order contribution using recorded costs and supplied expense assumptions. Advertising, salaries, rent, income tax and other overhead are excluded. It is not an accounting or tax-filing system. No guarantee of profit, savings or compatibility with every extension is made.

The documented scope is simple products and variations in WooCommerce, with manual report continuation within the documented time and storage limits. Original scheduled summaries retain a 5,000-order safety limit. Pro’s separate background workflow supports up to 100,000 orders per period, subject to its processing and storage limits. Free reports in one store currency. Pro can normalize eligible foreign orders into the stored base currency using locked historical rates and confirmed cost currency.
